The food and the behavior of the staff were very good and it is located near the beach.

However, I have paid the full amount and I thought that this hotel is all inclusive, but it was not and there is only one restaurant in this hotel and there is no access to drinks anywhere in the hotel and it has to be bought only with money. . You cannot rest from night to morning because the noise of the guests causes harassment. I went to the reception several times to warn the guests at night that others need to rest, but they did not listen at all because there was no guard at night. The worst music is used in this hotel. I asked others several times and they said that we are not satisfied with this kind of music. Overall, I could have booked a much better hotel for the money I paid for this hotel. I have stayed in all Inclusive hotels before and they cannot be compared to this hotel at all. Because this hotel is not all inclusive.

Good fun had by all

Food was fine and the location was great. Pool facilities were unreal!

Could have been cleaner but with so many stag/hen dos and the rugby players present, it was to be expected. The bar and the slides opened at the same time…

Disappointing

Hotel lovely, basic but clean rooms. Couldn't expect anymore.

The way the bouncers treat people is over the top. Not one of my group, but I found a lad sat outside at 4am yesterday morning with his wrist band ripped off by the bouncers and told not to come back in, he was only 20. Ill take it with a pinch of salt but he'd only apparently played his music too loud so they threw him out. I'm guessing he got a lippy whilst showing off to his mates, and that's why he got threw out. But from there where does this young lad go, no phone, no way to contact his mates and nobody would speak to him. I appreciate the staff and bouncers get pissed off with the constant battle against drunks and aggressive behaviour, but surely they should have a duty of care to make sure the young lads ok? Maybe a liason officer is put in place for these situations so the lad ends up somewhere safe.

Alright.

Facilities were nice and rooms were cleaned daily. If your looking for a good time your walking distance from the strip and beach.

We was refused late check out despite being told we could have it earlier in the week, hotel was half empty and was told we can’t due to there being no room. We had to slam our door to close. Deposit requested could be made clearer before booking.

Why is not a block completely non-smoker, BALCONY TOO?

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Hotel is clean. The food is good for a mass hotel. Soft drinks are good, Enough parking available. The hotel is close to the sea (5 min. walk). Only a few plastic disposable cups. Non-smoking area while eating outside

Juices are rather bad, coffee bad. Longdrings Pina Colada and Mojito are terrible! Long wait for the drinks. The beds are not comfortable. Bathroom fitting and sink bad. There are non smoking rooms, but the perverted nicotine stench is everywhere. Balcony is therefore not to use for me and the balcony door must be closed. Very bad balcony doors. In the hotel complex is not a non-smoking outdoor area so drug addicts pull in their carcinogenic substance anywhere and burden the non-smoker passively. Bad elevators. I experienced many strange-looking people there whose behavior is doubtful half the night screaming pointless stuff in English. No disinfection of hands in the restaurant

Great food, good location.

Food was fantastic, lots of choice something for everyone.

Queuing for drinks at the bar, as much as the bar men were working hard it was very long. Could definitley do with more bars or even areas with the soft drink dispensers.

You're doing fine!

Great value for the money, the food was very good, but the hotel is definitely not for couples or older people.

The rooms can be a bit cleaner, but giving the fact that the hotel is with probably 1500+ guests, then it's understandable.
